Terms and conditions
I want you to be happy with your painting. If you for any reason don’t like the painting you purchased, you can return it within 2 weeks from the date you received it. You will receive a full refund of the price of the painting (not for packaging and delivery expenses). You will be responsible for return charges, so pick your painting wisely. (If the painting was damaged during transit I will cover all return costs) Please contact me before you return a painting at carsten@cronecaroc.com
I take great care to present the paintings online as accurately as possible but since all screens differ there might be a slight differences in colour from what you see on the screen to the actual painting. Before purchasing please view the painting on different screens.
Payment Information
cronecaroc.dk accepts payment by any of the following methods:
- PayPal
- Yourpay (Debit or Credit Card)
Shipping information
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)
In the very unlikely event that your painting is lost or damaged in transit, you will be issued a full refund or replacement.
Denmark:
You should expect to receive your painting in 1 to 4 working days after dispatch (orders are sent via Postnord).
International:
You should expect to receive your painting 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.

Shipping cost will be added to your cart at checkout.
30 x 30 cm. paintings:
Denmark:
Up to 6 paintings: 10 €.
7 paintings and above: 30 €
Rest of EU:
Up to 6 paintings: 25 €.
7 paintings and above: 50 €.
Rest of the world:
1 painting 35 €.
2 – 6 paintings: 50 €.
7 paintings and above: 100 €
50 x 50 cm. paintings:
Denmark:
Up to 3 paintings: 10 €.
4 paintings and above: 30 €
Rest of EU:
Up to 3 paintings: 25 €.
4 paintings and above: 50 €.
Rest of the world:
Up to 3 paintings: 50 €.
4 paintings and above: 100 €
80 x 80 cm. paintings:
Denmark:
1 painting: 10 €.
2 paintings and above: 30 €
Rest of EU:
1 painting: 25 €.
2 paintings and above: 50 €.
Rest of the world:
1 painting: 50 €.
2 paintings and above: 100 €.
Local pickup
You can also select the option of local pick up from my studio in Nørrebro, Copenhagen.
Shipping time
I want you to get your painting as quickly as possible. I usually mail the painting within 2 working days. You will receive an email when the painting has been shipped. International delivery differs from 2-10 working days.
Volume discount
If you buy more than one painting from me at the same time I offer a volume discount.
When you buy 2 paintings you get 5% discount on both paintings.
When you buy 3 or more paintings you get 10% discount on all paintings.
